What is the font that they use everywhere? ( http://www.net-a-porter.com/Shop/AZDesigners )
is it also the same for their magazine logo for Notes? http://www.net-a-porter.com/Content/Magazine/Contents
Font identified as Gill Sans Light.
Humanist 521 = Gill Sans.
They are the basically same.
However, there are actually unignoable differences.

Black outlines are Monotype’s original (not Eric Gill’s original), red outlines are Adobe’s and blue outlines are Bitstream’s (Humanist 521).
Thank you Akira. I always told people that Bitstream’s fonts used more width than other manufacturers. Your site shows how true that was in the case of Gill Sans.
Aero - Bitstream didn’t pay for the privilege of using the typenames we all knew from our type days. They redrew just about everything and came up with names like Swiss, Zurich and yes, Humanist. In other words - they are far from the original... in every sense.
My favorite fake names came from a low-end broadcast character generator, which proudly featured Zapped Chancellor, Bookwoman, and... get ready for it... Heavenetica.
Good one!!! LOL
P.S. One of my favorites was for Peignots - someone made a shareware font and called it Pig Nuts.
