Designed by Carl Reissberger for the Monotype Corporation in 1962, Forte is a bold display script that has no connections between the letters of the lowercase alphabet.

Slightly inclined, it gives the impression of having been made with a bold brush or marker, and can therefore be used in work that requires an informal appearance.
