Named Axis Bold, after one of his most successful record albums, as you might expect from a left handed person, the overall style has the merest suggestion of a backward slant. However, Axis Bold actually goes beyond what is generally considered to be a font that replicates pure handwriting and would probably be categorised as an informal script.
