
This rugged typeface is based on letterforms in the Cherokee Syllabary, reputedly devised by a gentleman named Sequoyah in the early nineteenth century. In addition, Native American petroglyphssome authentic Cherokee designs, some from other tribesare included in several positions.
The name of the typeface, however, is authentic Cherokee, and can be loosely translated as “Yo! Wuzzup?”
