In 2000, Bitstream established its New Font Collection program. The NFC was started “not only to add fonts to the existing library but, more importantly, to seek out unique designs from both new and established designers”.

Fonts from these collections can be bought individually. Fonts from NFC 2000 and NFC 2001 can be bought as NFC Volume 1 Pack. Fonts from NFCs 2000, 2001, and 2002 are available on various CDs.
