When you install the font, you agree to the terms of this license.
This license is non-exclusive and covers the use for five (5) CPU’s and one (1) printer. If you need additional CPU coverage then please contact pizzadude.dk at jakob@pizzadude.dk.
You are not allowed to distribute, alter, sell, lend or lease the font software.
You may embed the licensed fonts into any document you send to third parties. Such documents may be viewed and printed (but not edited) by the recipients.
For a period of ninety (90) days after delivery, pizzadude.dk warrants that the font software will perform in accordance with the specifications published by pizzadude.dk. Your exclusive remedy and the sole liability of pizzadude.dk in connection with the font software is repair or replacement of its defective parts within the ninety (90) day period after delivery. The warranty does not apply to any font software converted or modified by the user.
PIZZADUDE.DK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE PIZZADUDE.DK FONTS.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark.
